The service

ATB Business provides subscription software, Review Autopilot and AI Front Desk, that drafts and sends customer communications on your behalf. Plans are billed monthly per location, with no minimum term; you can cancel at any time and the service runs until the end of the paid period.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information the AI uses (hours, pricing, services).
• You decide when the AI may publish or speak without your approval, and you remain responsible for those communications.
• You will not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or spam purposes.

Our responsibilities

• We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, and process customer data only to deliver it (see the Privacy Policy).
• We notify you before changing prices or materially reducing features.

Liability

The service assists with customer communications but does not replace your judgment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
