Pricing questions
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No contract and no setup fee. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel anytime. The onboarding call, where we connect your profiles and phone line, is included on every tier, including Basic.
What counts as a location?
One physical business location with its own review profiles and phone line. If you run several locations, each gets its own inbox, tone and reports under one account.
Can I use just one product?
Yes. Review Autopilot and AI Front Desk are priced independently. Start with whichever pain is bigger and add the other later.
Can I switch tiers later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
