ATB Business exists because small business owners didn't start their company to answer the same five questions forty times a week, or to write review replies at midnight.

What we build

We make two products. Review Autopilot answers every customer review in under an hour, in your tone. AI Front Desk answers every call, chat and message around the clock, and books straight into your calendar. Both are built for businesses where the owner is also the receptionist, the marketer and the closer. Think restaurants, clinics, salons, trades, and everyone in between.

How we think about "autonomous"

Autonomy you can't supervise isn't a feature. It's a liability. That's why every ATB product starts in approval mode: the AI drafts, you approve, and it learns from what you accept and edit. Full autopilot is something you switch on when the machine has earned it, and switch off the moment you want the pen back. Nothing is ever said to your customers that you wouldn't say yourself.

How we work

Setup is a one-hour call, not a six-week integration. Pricing is flat and per location, with a genuinely useful free tier, because software for small businesses should be priced like it. And when you need a human at ATB, you get one: the same people who onboarded you are the people who answer.
