Every review answered in under an hour. None of them by you.
Unanswered reviews cost you customers. 97% of people read a business's replies before deciding. Review Autopilot watches every platform, drafts replies that sound like you, and handles the routine so you only deal with the reviews that actually need you.

What it does for you
Six jobs that used to eat your evenings, now handled before you finish service.
Watches every platform
Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, Facebook and Yelp. New reviews land in one inbox the moment they appear.
Replies in your tone
Every reply is drafted to match the way you write, learned from the answers you approve, not from generic AI filler.
Publishes the easy ones
Four- and five-star reviews get answered automatically once you switch on autopilot. Warm, personal, within the hour.
Escalates what matters
Negative reviews are never answered alone. You get the draft, the context and a suggested fix. You make the call.
Asks at the right moment
After a completed visit or job, happy customers get a review request; unhappy ones get a private feedback form instead.
Proves it with numbers
Rating trend, response time and review volume per location, in a report you check once a month instead of a dashboard you babysit.
Frequently asked questions
Which review platforms are supported?
Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, Facebook and Yelp at launch. If your customers review you somewhere else, tell us. New platforms are added on request.
Does it publish replies without my approval?
Only if you tell it to. Approval mode is the default: every reply is a draft until you click approve. Full autopilot, where positive reviews are answered on their own, is a switch you flip when you are ready, and flip back at any time.
What happens when someone leaves a negative review?
It is never answered automatically. You get notified with the review, a drafted response and a suggested resolution. You decide what goes out.
How does it learn my tone?
From the replies you approve and edit. After a few dozen approvals the drafts sound like you wrote them on a good day. You can also set house rules (never offer refunds publicly, always sign off with a name, and so on).
How long does setup take?
Under an hour. Connect your review profiles, approve a handful of drafts so the AI learns your voice, and it is running. We walk you through it on a call.
Does it work for more than one location?
Yes. Each location has its own inbox, tone and reports, and you see all of them from one account. Pricing is per location.
